"Weird Al used music videos brilliantly. His parodies of both Michael Jackson and Madonna were even more memorable than the original videos themselves." |

So, how did everyone like last night's Biography episode about Al? That might have been the most intellectual, most well-crafted analysis of Al's career ever...and all it took was Drew Carey and Seth Green, for cryin' out loud! We'll definitely be using this show as ammo in the coming year.
Meanwhile, have you remembered to vote several times in the Plain Dealer's Rock Hall readers poll? We want everyone reading to promise, "I will vote not only for myself but also for four other people I know." Voting ends October 22....

Tonight our petition tour continues in a city deep-rooted in the history of pop music, Monterey, California. Al is playing the Golden State Theatre there, so if you're going be sure to look for either jerAL or Kristine (recently seen butting heads with Al in last night's Biography episode!).
There are just two shows left that are still being unrepresented....
October 13 San Diego, CA House of Blues
October 16 Phoenix, AZ Arizona State Fair
We need these shows covered, so please volunteer if you're going!
