Since "Headline News" was the only new song recorded at that point (Al didn't start recording the original songs that would later be released on Bad Hair Day until around Thanksgiving of 1994), Al decided to use an alternate mix of "Christmas At Ground Zero" as the b-side of this single. With no real significant change made to the song, it's a toss-up as to whether this alternate mix is better or worse than the mix that appears on Polka Party! But if one wants to judge for themselves, they are directed to go check out Dave Rossi's "Weird Al" Yankovic Rarities #8 trade bootleg, since it has not shown up on any other legitimate Al release.
