NOTES & TRIVIA

This is the first time since 1985 that another country produced a single not released in the United States (the last one was Japan's "Hooked On Polkas" 45).

With eleven other songs from Running With Scissors to choose from, it is bizarre that "Amish Paradise" shows up as the "b-side" (and with no mention of the album it was available on). It should be noted of course that Bad Hair Day was not initially issued in Australia, so perhaps the label felt it was an equally "new" track?

Despite the success of both "The Saga Begins" and "It's All About The Pentiums" in North America and Europe, this would be Running With Scissors' only single in Australia.

On the cover and the disc, parentheses were added to the song's title to better parody the "Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)" title, even though the title of Al's parody doesn't use them. The parentheses are then missing from the back cover.

A "music video" for the single was assembled by compiling footage from the "Weird Al" Yankovic Live! home video. This makeshift video has not been seen outside of Australia.
